Description

The ultra-efficient alkaline foaming cleaner is a high-performance cleaner designed for daily foam cleaning. It is suitable for cleaning stainless steel, hard surfaces, and floors.

The combination of high alkalinity and wetting agents makes this cleaner highly effective in removing tough fats, grease, and oils. It can be used to clean fryers, smokehouses, the undersides of carts, grease-laden conveyor belts, and other equipment.

This cleaner adheres to surfaces in foam form and is easy to rinse off. It is compatible with manual foam cleaning systems, medium- to low-pressure foam cleaning systems, and centralized foam cleaning systems.

Due to its high alkalinity, the cleaner can also be used in soaking applications.

Usage Instructions

For foam cleaning, use the ultra-efficient alkaline foaming cleaner at a concentration of 3–5% (v/v). Apply with a foam sprayer in conjunction with a high-pressure washer or central cleaning system, or use a low-pressure foam spraying system.

Pre-rinse the equipment surfaces to remove loose debris. Allow the foam to sit for 5–15 minutes (ensure the foam doesn’t dry), then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For soaking applications, use the cleaner at a concentration of 2–5%, with the temperature >90°C
