Description

The pipeline cleaning detergent is a blend of alkaline solutions and EDTA, highly effective in removing protein and calcium salt deposits from dairy heat treatment equipment. It performs well in CIP applications with hard water.

It is highly resistant to hard water, with a 1% concentration effective in water containing up to 185 mg/l of CaCO3.

The pipeline cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning HTST (High-Temperature Short-Time) equipment, sterilizers, pipelines, tanks, and dryers. The concentration can be monitored and controlled using conductivity equipment.

Usage Instructions

Depending on the application, use a solution of 0.5% to 3.5% v/v of the pipeline cleaning agent. Cleaning time and temperature will vary based on CIP conditions.
