Ultra-efficient CIP Additive Detergent

A cleaning detergent containing a large amount of chelating agents, added to CIP alkaline solutions, can significantly enhance cleaning efficiency.

Application

The ultra-efficient CIP additive cleaning detergent is a cleaning additive containing a large amount of chelating detergents, primarily added to CIP (Clean-in-Place) alkaline solutions to significantly enhance their cleaning efficiency. When added to CIP alkaline solutions, it delivers excellent cleaning performance for hard-to-clean equipment such as sterilizers, dryers, evaporators, double boilers, as well as general tanks and pipeline CIP systems.

Features/Advantages

  • High Chelating Agent Content: Provides superior cleaning power against protein and calcium salt deposits.
  • Versatile: Suitable for a wide range of applications and can be used in all water hardness conditions.
  • Low Foaming: Ideal for reuse in CIP recycling systems.
  • Conductive Liquid: Suitable for use with conductivity equipment for automatic dosing and control.

Description

The ultra-efficient CIP additive cleaning detergent is designed to be added to the alkaline solution used in CIP systems. It contains a unique formulation of chelating agents and surfactants, contributing to its high chelating ability and low foaming characteristics. This product is suitable for all water hardness conditions and helps reduce foam generated during the reaction between alkaline cleaners and contaminants. It is highly economical as it can be reused in CIP recycling systems.

Usage Instructions

The ultra-efficient CIP additive cleaning detergent should be added to the CIP cleaning alkaline solution. Use 5–10 mL per liter (0.5–1.0% v/v of total CIP water volume), depending on the level of contamination.
