Description
The ultra-efficient powdered alkaline cleaner is a strong alkaline powder containing chelating agents and components that soften water, making it effective in any water hardness. It efficiently cleans HTST equipment, sterilizers, pipelines, bucket tanks, and dryers.
This cleaner dissolves easily in water and produces minimal dust during use, with a solution that does not foam easily at any temperature.
It is compatible with materials like stainless steel, polypropylene, and FRP that can withstand high alkalinity but should not be used on soft metals such as aluminum, zinc, tin, and copper.
Usage Instructions
For CIP cleaning of pipelines and sterilizers, it is recommended to use at a concentration of 0.5% to 1.5% (w/v), circulating for 20 to 30 minutes. The suggested cleaning temperature is the process temperature plus 5°C.
