Description
The ultra-efficient descaling detergent efficiently removes most inorganic deposits, particularly calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate. Its low-foaming properties make it ideal for a wide range of CIP cleaning applications in the brewing, beverage, egg, and dairy industries.
In the brewing industry, it can be used as a descaling agent under high CO2 pressure, ensuring that beer storage tanks and closed vessels are left clean and bright. It also serves as an acidic descaler for general CIP cleaning and soaking cleaning of filling heads.
In dairy applications, it can be used for general descaling as well as in two-phase alkaline-acid cleaning processes. It is effective for cleaning cheese molds and can be used for periodic cleaning of spray dryers.
Usage Instructions
For CIP cleaning, it is recommended to use the ultra-efficient descaling detergent at a concentration of 0.5–2.5% at temperatures between 20–60°C, circulating for 5–15 minutes.
