Application
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) are mild liquid disinfectants with the primary active ingredient being quaternary ammonium. This product is specifically designed for sanitizing containers, floors, and machinery in the food industry. It is especially suitable for disinfecting dismantled food machinery parts, such as soaking filling tubes, or for use in factory space spraying and floor disinfection.

Description
Quats have a wide range of applications, serving as disinfectants for food, beverage, and dairy processing equipment, factory spaces, and non-production equipment. It helps inhibit mold growth and can disinfect surfaces like eggshells, glass products, dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Quats require a low concentration for use, making them very economical. They are non-volatile, highly stable in storage, and fragrance-free, leaving no residual odors after use.
Quats can be used with automatic dosing systems, reducing the time needed for manual mixing. This product will not corrode aluminum, brass, or other soft metals and is safe for use on painted and various other surfaces.
Usage Instructions

Sanitizing production equipment, filling tubes, dishes, and utensils in food, beverage, and dairy factories:
Thoroughly clean the soiled surfaces first. Soak in a 0.2% quat solution (200 ppm, diluted 500 times, adding 2 ml of concentrate per liter of water) for 10 minutes, then rinse with clean water. -
Eggshell cleaning and disinfection:
Based on the degree of soiling, use a 0.2% to 0.5% quat solution in an egg-washing machine for scrubbing. Rinse with clean water. -
Mold prevention:
Thoroughly clean dirty tiles, metal, or cement surfaces, then spray with a 0.2% quat solution. Spray twice weekly (or use 1.2% solution and spray every two weeks).
